By downloading, installing, or using Clear Focus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

- Cross-device synchronization
- Priority customer support

### Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Refunds are handled according to platform policies (Apple App Store/Google Play)

## Intellectual Property

- The App and its content are owned by Adev Tech
- You retain ownership of your personal data
- You grant us license to use your data as described in our Privacy Policy

## Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Adev Tech is not liable for:
- Loss of data or productivity
- Damages resulting from app malfunction
- Third-party service interruptions

## Termination

- You may stop using the App at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
